I find that while I am in ketosis, I can feel my body burn through its glucose stores in about 10 minutes and start burning fat. Unfortunately, it all came back when I started eating like a normal person again. <BR/><BR/>I've found that the only thing that works for me is getting my fat ass to the gym at least 4 times a week and consistently being able to pass up baked goods. <BR/><BR/>Best of luck to you!
