Half, Eddie! or, What Have You Done For Me Lately?

As of this morning I have officially passed the halfway mark on the way to my goal weight. I weighed in after my workout and was 260. So, for those of you who are keeping track, I have lost 45 pounds and have 40 more to go.

I probably won't get there by the end of June as I had originally planned, but definitely before next fall.

Thanks ladies! I appreaciate the encouragement.

Sorry Kim, no pics here. I try to keep it as anonymous as possible since I fancy myself a semi-professional and tend to rant with four-letter words.

Maybe when I drop the rest I can give y'all a beefcake shot with the head cropped off, but right now my six pack is still a pony keg. Plus, as a lifetime pudge I have a innate fear of cameras. That's why I am the family photographer, the guy behind the camera never gets his picture taken.
